I build solutions when I find gaps — in processes, workflows, or anything that can be better. If it involves tech, my answer is always yes.

Building solutions where
others see gaps

I'm Surya Chowdary, a Cloud Support Engineer at Amazon Web Services, specializing in AWS Lambda and Serverless architectures. As a Subject Matter Expert on Lambda, I help AWS customers design, debug, and optimize serverless workloads at scale — working across services like API Gateway, Step Functions, DynamoDB, EventBridge, and more.

Beyond my core role, I'm a relentless builder. When I spot a gap in a process or a workflow that could be smoother, I don't wait — I build the solution. From cross-device chat widgets using Amazon Connect to internal browser extensions that streamline support engineering workflows, I'm always shipping tools that make real impact.

I genuinely love what I do — there's something deeply satisfying about noticing a friction point and just building the fix for it. Outside of work, I enjoy long coastal drives near Vizag in my Mussel Blue 2018 Volvo V40 Cross Country, tinkering with Swift and Kotlin out of curiosity, and diving into whatever new technology catches my eye that week.
